At Woodland Earth, our customers now have the option of Rent-to-Own. This option is available for any Shed, Storage Building, Barrel Sauna, or Swingset. Storage space rates have soared since 2020 and this has made Rent-to-Own a very attractive option. Have the convenience of storage in your backyard, while building equity towards the structure. Recently we have also started offering RTO on our Barrel Saunas and Swing Sets.
How does Rent-to-own work?
Lease Agreement: You enter into a contract with our provider, outlining the monthly rental fee, the duration of the agreement, and the terms of purchase. There are no credit or background checks.
Monthly Payments: You pay a monthly fee, similar to renting, with a portion allocated towards the purchase price.
Ownership Transfer: Once you've completed the rental period and paid the agreed-upon amount, you become the owner of the shed. There is no early payoff penalty.
RTO Advantage: It allows you to to acquire your shed/sauna/swingset without the initial cost of an outright purchase. But instead of just paying rent, you also gain equity.
