At Woodland Earth we design and build our own Barrel Saunas. We use Western Red Cedar; the best wood for the best sauna experience. These days the market is filled with many different styles and types of saunas. Where does one begin to decide which is best? After years of experimenting with different products and builds, we have come up with a premier barrel sauna. All our saunas are complete when picked up or delivered, (rather than self assembly upon delivery as is industry standard). This allows us to add several features you will not find on other saunas including, vapor barrier in the floor of the barrel to better retain heat and a log cabin grade caulk that we use to help seal the barrel. Every one of our saunas are customizable to your liking. Panoramic windows, seating arrangements, changing rooms, and porches are all elements that can easily be adjusted. We have 3 heater options: Electric, Natural Gas, or Wood Fired Stove. All heaters are shipped with your sauna. We recommend all heaters to be installed by a licensed electrician.
